Privacy Policy for Sales Genius Pulse

Last Updated: August 26, 2026

Sales Genius Pulse ("we," "us," or "our") provides an online dealership sales-performance diagnostic tool at salesgenius.fyi (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including: your name, email address, phone number, dealership or company name, and your responses to diagnostic questions within the Service. We also automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage/analytics data (e.g., via standard web analytics tools). If you make a purchase, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe); we do not store your full payment card number.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: operate, maintain, and improve the Service; generate and deliver your diagnostic results; communicate with you about your account, purchases, or support requests; send you marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time); and monitor and analyze usage trends.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing), each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations; professional advisors as needed; and law enforcement or regulators when required by law. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Service functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to: know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and shared; request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1 above for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 2. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at joe@ingraminteractive.com. We will verify your request before acting on it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date.
